Bradwell choral director Amanda Durden took her Advanced Women’s Chorus and her Advanced Mixed Chorus classes to sing in the District I Large-Group Performance Evaluation Festival at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro on March 20. Each class was evaluated by three judges on two prepared selections sung on stage from memory. A separate judge evaluated the students as they sight-read a selection they had never seen before. All four judges rated both groups “Superior,” which is the highest rating that can be attained at this event.
