Disaster Relief volunteers for the American Red Cross Liberty Branch office handed out brochures to the public during the Hurricane Awareness Day on Saturday at Lowe’s in Hinesville. The event enabled emergency relief agencies, such as the Red Cross and LHEMA, to educate the public on how to prepare for hurricane season. They also provided information on how to ready before, during and after any disaster.
