Third Infantry Division Rear Detachment Commander Col. Brian Gale shakes hands with Dean Smith of the Veterans of Foreign Wars as they recognize the donation of calling cards to Fort Stewart soldiers and families.  The donation of the Operation Uplink calling cards is designed to support America’s troops and veterans with communication opportunities to stay in touch with loved ones while they are away from home.  Since its inception, Operation Uplink has supplied over 8.5 million calling cards to active duty troops and veterans around the world.
