Tim Rutherford, vice president of Senior Citizens, Inc., spoke to the Rotary Club on Tuesday. The organization's mission is to assist with independent living for seniors, as well as promoting the well being of the elderly. The company recently opened the Ruth Byck Adult Day Care Center in Hinesville at the Victory Assembly of God Church. Rutherford also oversees the "Meals on Wheels" program in Savannah that makes lunch deliveries to seniors in Liberty County.
