Frank McIntosh, director of land protection in East Georgia with the Georgia Land Trust, addressed the Hinesville Rotary Club on Aug. 14. McIntosh discussed Miller’s Pasture that was established by Dorothy Miller Bloeser to serve as a wildlife preserve and/or bird sanctuary and/or as undisturbed parkland. The Allenhurst land is available for use by the public, as well as for educational and recreational purposes.
