The Liberty soccer teams fell to Glynn Academy at home Tuesday night.
Both the boys’ and girls’ teams were shut out, with the Panthers falling, 10-0, and the Lady Panthers losing, 7-0.
Both Panthers squads are 2-10 overall and 1-8 in Region 2A-AAAA.
The boys will play Richmond Hill at 5 p.m. today. The girls’ game reportedly was forfeited by Liberty County.
Both Richmond Hill teams are area soccer powers. The Wildcats are coming off a 4-3 loss to Glynn Academy last week. They are 8-4 overall and 5-3 in Region 2A-AAAA.
The Richmond Hill girls are 10-1 overall and 7-1 in the subregion. The Lady Wildcats upended then-No. 6-ranked Glynn Academy, 2-0, on March 25.
