A host of Bradwell Institute baseball players have been named to the All-Region 3-AAAAA team.
Jacob Dill was named to the all-region first team as an infielder and pitcher. Dill was among a talented pool of pitchers the Tigers rotated during the season. Bradwell went 16-11 overall and 14-4 in the region.
Senior outfielder Leonard Felton and senior pitcher Garrett McCorkle were named to the all-region second team.
McCorckle, Josh Driggers, Eric Wells, Mitch Rogers and Alton Malpass made the all-region honorable-mention list.
Bradwell coach Rhett Hellgren was honored as the top coach in Region 3-AAAAA. Hellgren led the program to its third straight trip to the state playoffs. The Tigers spent much of the year in second place until losses to Benedictine and Groves in the final two region games dropped them to third place.
Bradwell won five games by shutout.
