George W. Holtzman Broker, owner for Coldwell Banker Holtzman Realtors has announced that 15 of his top agents have earned the professional designation, certified E-marketing specialist.
The agents recently completed a new Coldwell Banker University program that provides Coldwell Banker sales associates with the insight into how the Internet has changed communications.
Coldwell Banker University is the national education center for franchisees of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.
“The agents completed this extensive course which provided them with further insight into properly utilizing the Internet as a resource” Holtzman said. “The course covered communication and customer service enhancements the Internet provides. This new designation of E-marketing specialist is well deserved by the agents. They will now be able to assist clients even further and it is certainly great for their real estate careers.”
“From a marketing perspective, the Internet has taken on an important role in the buying and selling of real estate,” Holtzman said. This Coldwell Banker University course provided them with case studies and examples of how they can better market homes and more effectively reach their customers. Keeping current with our technologically-advanced clients is very important to us.”
The agents have been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors for many years. They are a part of an award winning sales team that includes Realtor of the Year and several multi-million dollar producers.
