Caleb Carey McNeil was born on Dec. 29 at 3:41 to Ashley Deanna McNeil of Baton Rouge, La. and Carey McNeil of New Orleans, La. He was born at Liberty Regional Medical Center and weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 18-1/2 inches. His maternal grandparents are Debbie and Wayne Campbell of Baton Rouge. And his paternal grandparents are Sallie and Gaylen Lightell of Reserve, La. He is welcomed by his sister, Caley McNeil.
