Tracked and wheeled vehicles will be moving in and out of the training areas. Wheeled vehicles will be convoying on the highways throughout the day, every day.
If drivers need to use the highways they need to be aware of the increased traffic and should give themselves more time to arrive at their destinations, the spokesman said.
If possible, drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes. Tactical vehicles are required to maintain a 40 mph speed limit, so drivers should be prepared to slow down. Drivers are also asked to remain patient and to also be alert for mud and debris on the highways.
