Weather not promising for fishing, so cook up a treat to eat

Hi folks, Tight Line Jr., here and it appears like we’ve cooled down a bit and the wind has picked up as well.
That means I will have plenty of pine cones to pick up over the weekend.
Friends, I am sorry to say the weather report does not look good for fishing this weekend.
This morning we are forecasted to have west winds between 15-20 knots, changing west northwest to 5-10 knots in the afternoon. 
So I say hit the freezer and pull out something tasty to cook for the ball games. Here a little something you might like to try. This is quick and easy so guys hit the kitchen.
By the way I have a special message to Mrs. Brenda ….this is a recipe I do cook and eat in case you were wondering…now let’s get to it.
Here is what you’ll need.
1 pound of shrimp peeled tail intact
8 garlic cloves grated
2 small onions or shallots grated
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of sea salt
1 lemon (finely zested cut in half and juiced)
1 raw jalapeno pepper finely chopped
8 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of Tabasco
6 ounces of dark beer, Bass ale works well
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter 
Combine shrimp, garlic, shallots or onions, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, 1 thyme, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and beer in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 6 hours.
Place a large skillet on the stove over high heat for 2 minutes, or until very hot.  Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and add shrimp and marinade all at once.  Stirring constantly, cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and the garlic is turning golden brown.
Remove shrimp from pan, reserve on warm serving platter, and swirl the 2 remaining tablespoons of butter into the sauce.
The sauce now should be thick, brown and shiny with bits of caramelized garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Spoon the sauce over the shrimp and get some paper towels and go to town.
You will be glad you did.
There might be a couple of those Bass ales left over, no reason for them to go to waste.
