Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors in Hinesville is sponsoring a free career seminar to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information about the residential real estate profession.
The seminar is set for 10:02 a.m. Feb. 18 at 730 General Stewart Way.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step towards realizing their potential,” said George Holtzman, broker /owner of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors.
Among the topics that will be discussed are real estate school and license requirements, as well as local market trends.
