Thanksgiving is just over a week away and Manna House wants to make sure people in need will have a Thanksgiving meal.
Manna House will be distributing Thanksgiving baskets Nov. 19-21 to those who are low income, in emergency situations, senior citizens, disabled or just in need. The baskets are given out on a first come, first serve basis and will include turkey and all of the trimmings.
Manna House is always in need of donations. Items such as canned goods (green beans, corn, cranberry sauce, etc.), stuffing, turkeys, drinks, juices and monetary donations are needed for the holiday season.
Manna House is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make a donation, visit during office hours or call 368-3660 to make an after-hours appointment.
