Carson James Harnist was born at 7:22 p.m. April 16 to Tiffany Lynn Harnist and Michael Justin Harnist of Ludowici.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Carson weighed 10 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20.5 inches.

The baby’s maternal grandparents are Don and Tammy Hamm of Minot, N.D. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Jason and Linda Wright of Richardson, Texas. The baby also is welcomed by sister Madison Marie Harnist.
