On July 25, S.T.A.R. Programs Inc. (Student Transition and Recovery Programs) held an awards ceremony in Hinesville. Long County Schools S.T.A.R. Coordinator Capt. Vendetta Radford and 1st Sgt. Elijah Frazier were among those recognized.
Here, Radford, center right, and Frazier, center left, display their S.T.A.R. service awards for serving students, parents, schools and the community for six years or more as LCHS Principal Scotty Hattaway, left, and WMS Principal Heath Crane look on.
