On July 25, S.T.A.R. Programs Inc. (Student Transition and Recovery Programs) held an awards ceremony in Hinesville. Long County Schools S.T.A.R. Coordinator Capt. Vendetta Radford and 1st Sgt. Elijah Frazier were among those recognized.
