Sound off for Aug. 27

POSTED: August 27, 2012 2:00 p.m.

If there are any race cards to be played, my question is: Who dealt the cards?

I’m one of the many that witnessed an injustice today. A young lady was riding a bicycle on a sidewalk in Ludowici, and a police officer almost ran that poor woman down. They need to do something about their law enforcement in that county.

It really feels bad to lose something, but when it’s of sentimental value, the feeling is worse. I left a ring at Walmart and wish it had been turned into lost and found.

I think that instead of all of us tax-paying citizens having to pay for prisoners in jail, they should be made to work in prison camps or farms and have to pay their own way.

True racism is voting for the worst president in the history of America simply because he’s black.
