Liberty County High School oceanography teacher Donna Howell recently received Target’s 2013 Field Trip Grant for $700. The grant is for field-trip expenses such as tickets, transportation, food, equipment and supplies. Howell’s field trips for her students include yearly trips to Sapelo Island.
