Shayna Brown, of Hinesville, won the Miss St. Patrick’s Day Pageant 2012 and rode in Savannah’s annual parade. Brown also will be featured in the February/March 2013 issue of South Magazine. Brown is a Liberty County High School graduate. She will graduate from Georgia Southern University in May with a master’s degree in psychology. She also is the reigning Miss Hinesville.
