POSTED: February 20, 2013 4:00 p.m.

Jan. 14: Missing person, endangered person — A woman told police that her daughter, who has mild autism, did not come home from school.
The woman checked with her daughter’s school and was told the girl did not attend that day. The woman said her daughter has anger issues and has walked away from their home on other occasions.
A “be on the lookout” was issued for the 2006 green Chrysler Town and Country the girl had been driving when she left the residence.

Suspended registration — An officer driving on Main Street ran a red Dodge Avenger’s tag number and found the driver had a suspended registration. The officer stopped the driver, who said she didn’t know her registration was suspended. She said it must have happened when she changed her insurance provider. The woman’s car was towed and she was given instructions for retrieving her vehicle. The necessary paperwork was completed.

Jan. 15
Simple battery — A man said a female neighbor showed him a text that the man’s wife reportedly had sent to the neighbor’s husband, insinuating that the man’s wife was having an affair with the neighbor’s husband. While the man and his wife were arguing over the text, the wife said the man kicked her in her left thigh. She called 911, and her husband left. He later was found at a friend’s house. He denied any physical contact with his wife.
The husband returned to the couple’s home and left with one of his military supervisors after retrieving some personal property. The wife did not request medical attention.
