Income-tax filing was the focus of the February meeting of the Goldenheirs.
Holli Garsuch and Brenda Staffon, representatives from H&R Block, gave a presentation on tax filing. A question-and-answer session followed.
Goldenheirs is a senior group that meets the first Tuesday of each month at noon in the fellowship hall at First Baptist Church. Activities include a covered-dish lunch, a business meeting and a special guest of interest to seniors.
The next meeting is Tuesday. All seniors are invited. The guest will be Stephen Bere’ from the Georgia Baptist Childrens Home in Baxley.
