Criminal trespass
Fleming Estates, Fleming

A woman filed a complaint against her neighbor, claiming she came over to her mobile home and beat the doors and windows all night. The woman believes her neighbor was drunk.

Pointing a gun at another
Blue Jay Drive, Midway

A man said his neighbor pointed a black handgun at him and told him not to drive down the road again or he would shoot him. While talking to the complainant the deputy saw the neighbor and asked him to come over. The neighbor approached wildly waving a black handgun above his head. The deputy asked him several times to drop the gun. The man eventually dropped the gun and told the deputy he did not point the gun at his neighbor, he was just out shooting at squirrels in the trees and his neighbor was harassing him about it. The deputy reported the man smelled of alcohol and the handgun turned out to be an air powered BB gun.

Disorderly conduct
Wilder Road, Walthourville

Deputies responded to a fight and arrested a woman who tried to hit them. The woman was placed in the patrol car as a chance to calm down, but when the deputy started to let her go she began yelling and arguing. She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Possession of marijuana/defective equipment
Dave Williams Road, Midway

A deputy pulled over a car that had a broken window. The deputy noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the driver and questioned him. The driver admitted he smoked earlier. The deputy found alleged marijuana and a glass pipe in the car. During his booking they found he had $300 on him.

Simple battery
John Wells Road, Hinesville

A couple getting ready to move in together got into an argument and the man grabbed the woman around her throat. The woman broke free and called 911 on her cell phone. The man snatched the phone out of her hand and threw it into a pasture.

Matter of record
Whit Frasier Road, Hinesville

A child refused to get off the school bus because the driver stopped two houses down from where she normally stops. The bus driver asked the child her name and she refused to answer or move from the bus. The bus driver finished her route and called 911 to report the child's behavior. Deputies took the child home to her mother and explained what happened.

Theft by taking (auto)
Dunlevie Road, Walthourville

A man reported that his 1989 purple Chevy Caprice Classic with 24" chrome wheels and 7" DVD player was stolen from his house. His neighbor called and told his wife he saw someone driving the car toward Riceboro.
