July 7: DUI, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers — Two deputies stopped a vehicle that passed by playing loud music.
When making contact with the driver, the deputies smelled alcohol. The driver admitted to having two beers earlier and said he did not have his license on him. His name and birth date were taken but not found in the system as a Georgia driver.
The driver was asked to step outside of his car, and the deputies noticed blood-shot eyes and slurred speech.
His breath sample tested positive for alcohol and he was arrested. The deputies eventually discovered his real name. When asked why he didn’t give them his real name, he said he thought he had a warrant out for child support.

July 8
Criminal trespass — A  Dryden Enterprises supervisor called a deputy after finding three double-pane windows broken and damage to sheet rock on property owned by Dryden Enterprises. The complainant said that the windows are $250 each and the sheet rock is $100.
