Kelly Drive
March 3

An officer was dispatched to Memorial Drive in reference to counterfeiting. When the officer met with the complainant, he told the officer he had delivered a pizza to a Kelly Drive residence. He gave the order to two people and left. When the complainant returned to Domino's Pizza, he noticed the money he received was fake and then called the police. The officer asked the complainant if he remembered who placed the order and who took it. He said there were two people who looked to be in their teens at the house when he dropped off the order. He said the girl was on a pink bicycle and wearing a pink jumpsuit. The boy was wearing a black jacket, white T-shirt and black jean shorts. The complainant said during the delivery, he called the person who placed the order two times from his cell phone and that the person answered. The total of the order was $53.47 and the two suspects gave him three $20 bills. The bills were taken as evidence and placed into the evidence locker upon arrival at the police department.


Simple battery
Forest Lake Drive
March 3

An officer was dispatched in reference to simple battery. The complainant told the officer he has lived with his girlfriend for about 15 years. On March 3 at 9:15 p.m. he was sleeping when his girlfriend returned home and started an argument. During the dispute, she pushed him with both of her hands, so he called 911. The officer spoke with the girlfriend who said she returned home and noticed the complainant smelled of alcohol. She woke him up and asked him where he had been. She said he started arguing and pushed her. The complainant and his girlfriend did not show signs of injury. The officer gave told them both about restraining orders. The complainant agreed to leave for the evening and the officer took him to a friend's home.

An officer talked to the complainant at HPD. She said she had a relationship from May 2007 to January. She said they had lived together for six months and she had him move out in January. She told him on several occasions she didn't want to be with him anymore and returned all of his property. He has, since January, continued to call her and has been coming to her home two or three time a week. She last spoke with him on Feb. 28 and she told him to leave her alone. He called her on March 3 and left five messages. She has said she feared for her safety. She said he has been violent in the past and abuses alcohol.

The complainant told an officer someone called her claiming to be the housing authority maintenance personnel and leaving a message that she needed to reschedule an appointment. The complainant called the housing authority's office to verify the call and was told the authority's policy is to inform tenants by letter of changes to scheduled appointments. The complainant was told that no such call had been made from their office. The complainant believes an ex-boyfriend who made. She has filed several police reports and also had a temporary restraining order against him for prowling and other complaints. She said he has tried several times to get her friends to give him her phone number and address. The complainant said she could not identify the voice on the answering machine. There were no threats nor were any names mentioned. The complainant's house was placed on the house checklist.
