POSTED: February 14, 2014 3:00 p.m.

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce will host an Eggs and Issues Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the CenturyLink 50x50 building on Patriot’s Trail in Hinesville.
The event will feature K. Rashid Nuri, founder and CEO of Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture in Atlanta.
The organization currently produces 35,000 pounds of produce. Truly Living Well encourages connecting people to the land, promoting self-sufficiency and food security to build community. The company was founded in 2006.
The event is sponsored by Keep Liberty Beautiful.
“We are so honored to sponsor this event because it is so important to be involved in the community,” KLB Director Sara Swida said. “We are also happy to promote urban agriculture, a rapidly growing new industry. I think this information will be beneficial for all of our local citizens.”
The cost to attend is $10 for chamber members and $15 for non-members. RSVP by Tuesday by calling 368-4445 or emailing assistant@libertycounty.org.
