Bradwell FBLA students fare well

Bradwell Institute’s Future Business Leaders of America recently participated in the FBLA Region Leadership Conference in Savannah.
BI had 10 competitors attend the Region 3 event and take part in various workshops.
During the awards ceremony, seven FBLA members from Bradwell were recognized as top 10 winners in Region 3.
The school’s parliamentary-procedures team won second place and advanced to the state competition. Team members are Miriam Madison, Briana Roberts, Darius Kitchings and Robert Young.
In individual competitions, Briana Roberts won third place in economics and advanced to state; Junwei Ren won second place in computer applications II and advanced to state; and Miriam Madison won second place in public speaking II.
Bradwell Institute FBLA competitors will travel to Atlanta on March 13-16 for the Georgia State Leadership Conference, where they will compete against other FBLA members from around the state. State-level winners will advance to the National Leadership Conference in June in Nashville, Tenn.
