1. Take pictures of your food

Taking pictures of your food is a great way to track what you’re eating. Instead of writing down every little thing you eat, take pictures. This helps you eat a lot healthier and a lot less. Just don't be the person who posts everything they eat.

Apple cider vinegar has so many health benefits, I could write an article on the miracle liquid alone. One of the best benefits is that it helps you lose weight. 3. Wear vanilla scented perfume

4. Drink peppermint tea

Eating with chopsticks is a lot harder than eating with a fork, so you have to really concentrate on what you’re putting into your body. It also slows down your eating, helping you feel more full faster.

7. Eat a big breakfast

Eating a big breakfast can help curb your appetite throughout the rest of the day. According to Reader’s Digest, a study was done evaluated the benefits of a big breakfast. One group of obese women ate a big breakfast (700 calories) and a small dinner (200 calories) and the other group did the opposite. Over time, the group who ate a big breakfast lost more than twice the amount of weight than the other group did.

8. Drink two glasses of water before your meal

Drinking water before your all of your meals can prevent you from overeating. Having a couple of glasses of water will make you feel more full before you sit down to eat, meaning you'll eat less.

9. Drink your body weight in ounces of water

According to WebMD, the amount of water you should be drinking depends on a few different things. However, generally speaking, “you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.” So, if you weigh 130 pounds, you should drink between 65 and 130 ounces. 10. Work on stress relief

High stress levels cause you to gain weight or have trouble losing weight. It’s so important to have a little fun every once in a while, get a good night’s sleep or find other activities that help you stay relaxed.

11. Say goodbye to your beloved jeggings (at least for now)

Wearing stretchy jeans and baggy shirts is a comfortable alternative to tight jeans and fitted clothes, but the extra comfort gives you room to grow without realizing it. Wearing more fitted clothing helps you know exactly where you’re at, and having a “goal outfit” will help you stick to your weight loss endeavors.

12. Don’t skip a meal

Skipping meals causes your body to go into starvation mode, so your body will store all the food you feed it and turn it into fat instead of energy.
