Richmond Hill Police are asking the public for help in finding missing teen Kayla Marie Hartley, 14. Hartley, of a Ricegate Drive address in Richmond Hill, has been missing since April 11, police say. She is listed as a runaway. Anyone with information is asked to call RHPD at 756-5645.
