Emergency responders clear area around downed wire

The right southbound lane of Highway 84 was temporarily blocked Tuesday at about 6 p.m. while Hinesville police and firefighters secured the area around a live electrical wire that was knocked down. Workers restored the line and traffic was open within the hour.
