Statewide tornado drill is Friday

The Liberty Emergency Management Agency is observing Severe Weather Preparedness Week, which runs through Friday. EMA Director Mike Hodges said that since the area is susceptible to a variety of natural disasters and severe weather is dangerous and can strike with little warning, it's important to prepare in advance. Each day during Severe Weather Preparedness Week focuses on a different type of threat faced by Georgians. Topics include:
