Feb. 10: Matter of record - A juvenile girl told deputies a male acquaintance wanted her to send him nude photos of herself. When she refused, he threatened to leak a video of the two of them having sex on the Internet. Deputies advised the girl to speak to her mother. The girl said she would not tell her mother and would not give deputies information on the male acquaintance.

Feb. 5: Aggravated assault - Deputies responded to a call about a stabbing at a McIver Road home. The witness who called 911 said a Midway man had sliced the face of the resident. Deputies found blood on the porch and front door, and the resident sitting in a chair with a bloodied shirt over the left side of his face. Deputies told the resident that they would treat him in an ambulance until air assistance arrived.

Suspects sought in Long Co. assault

Two people are wanted in connection with a case involving a kidnapping, a vehicle hijacking, an armed robbery and aggravated assault. It was reported in Long County on July 2. The incident reportedly happened between 1:30-3:50 a.m. at a residence in the Sandhill community, according to Long County Sheriff's Office Investigator Al Cato.
