The friend then went to get help. Liberty EMA, the sheriff's office and area fire departments were assisting at the scene.
March 16: Simple battery - A Freedman Grove Road woman told deputies her neighbor grabbed and hit her after their children fought. The woman said her minor daughter was playing outside with the neighbor's minor son. The children argued, and the boy got hurt. The woman told deputies the neighbor came to her house, yelling and cursing for her to come outside.
