Downtown promotions include shopping spree

Foundry air discharge permit OKed

Area jobless rate drops to 8.1%

ATLANTA - The Georgia Department of Labor reported Wednesday that the preliminary unadjusted unemployment rate in the metro Hinesville area decreased to 8.1 percent in October, down one-tenth of a percentage point from a revised 8.2 percent in September.

Discussion on employing handicapped

Open house kicks off shopping season

Jewelry store celebrates new name

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated with its newest renamed member, Thomas Hill Jewelers, during a ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony. The store is at 110 E. M.L. King Jr. Drive, suite 1-A (across the street from the Hinesville Police Department). Chamber board members, ambassadors and other community members attended the celebration.
