The Hinesville Hurricanes will host the first home game of the spring season Saturday at Long Bell Stadium on Highway 84 in Hinesville. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and the 'Canes will take on the Legion of Zoom from Savannah.

Tide take on Herons tonight in Ludowici

The Blue Tide baseball team returns to its home turf tonight after a five-game road stretch that spanned two weeks. Long County faces Brantley County in this evening's Region 2-AA matchup. The Herons come into the game with a 6-4 overall record and a 3-2 region mark. The Tide have a 4-7 overall record and are 1-5 in the region; however, Long County's record doesn't include the outcome of Thursday's game against Bradwell Institute.

Three Panthers invited to Southeast Ultimate 100
