Panther soccer seniors honored

Lightning may have stopped Friday's game, but the Liberty County Panther seniors were still all smiles. The Panther seniors were honored at the home game in Donell Woods Stadium. The game against Brunswick will be rescheduled and both squads are headed to Ware County on Tuesday.

Tide take on Herons tonight in Ludowici

The Blue Tide baseball team returns to its home turf tonight after a five-game road stretch that spanned two weeks. Long County faces Brantley County in this evening's Region 2-AA matchup. The Herons come into the game with a 6-4 overall record and a 3-2 region mark. The Tide have a 4-7 overall record and are 1-5 in the region; however, Long County's record doesn't include the outcome of Thursday's game against Bradwell Institute.
