Schooled: Alumni outscore students

The alumni took a 3-1 lead in the second inning and scored seven in the fifth to win 9-1. Former players Eric Wells, Zach Hawkins, Joshua Rivers, Josh Drigger, Steven Dill, Josh Magaw,DeAnte Day, Eran Hodge and Jeff Polk, and alumni Hill, Ricky Glisson and James Rogers played for the winning team. Rogers was walked by his son Mitch Rogers, a current BI player.

Junior golf tournaments coming

Entries are now being accepted for both the 49th annual Georgia Junior Championship and the 35th edition of the Georgia Girls' Championship. The junior boys will travel south to Brunswick Country Club, while the junior girls will head to The Standard Club in Johns Creek. Both events will take place June 16-18.
