One week at Bradwell’s band camp

With football season looming on the horizon, players aren't the only ones polishing their skills and routines. Members of the Bradwell Institute marching band and color guard also are hitting the turf and preparing for the season in a new stadium with a new show. The musicians recently spent a week at band camp under the watchful eye of their new director, Jeremy Fermin.

Babs asks Jan to mark her ball and move it one club head to the left so that Jan's marker will not be in her putting line to the hole. Jan does so, and Babs putts her ball into the hole. The Blue Tide began their program in June and have been practicing three days a week ever since, with the exception of taking off last week. They will wrap up their conditioning July 17, and their football camp will run July 21-25. School practice begins July 28.
