BI Fall Ball team gets 2nd

Bradwell Institute's Fall Ball varsity baseball team competed in a two-day tournament last weekend in Savannah. The team placed second in the silver division after beating Team Chain Gold, 11-3. That advanced the team into the championship game, where the team lost to Calvary Day, 4-2.

"I keep saying it every week - we're fighting. We just can't seem to get that one break. We should have won that football game. We made a mistake, and that's a coachable football game. Windy day can complicate golf game

Question: Ralph and Mike are playing in a tournament. On the 16th hole, both players hit their shots onto the green. Ralph is away and asks Mike to mark his ball. Mike marks his ball, and Ralph hits his ball into the cup. Mike then replaces his ball, leaves his marker in place and steps away to line up his putt. A gust of wind moves the ball to a new position, about 6 feet further from the hole. What procedure must Mike follow?

Panthers undefeated at 5-0

Liberty County High School had a strong goal line stance, caused and recovered a fumble in the final 13 seconds of regulation to secure a 31-0 shutout over Hephzibah at Donell Woods Stadium Friday night. The victory gives the Panthers a 5-0 start, the best of coach Kirk Warner's career, and a reason for the school to celebrate during their Homecoming game.
