Fort Morris State Historic Site will hold a "Native Americans and the American Revolution" event from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 30. The celebration will commemorate the battle of Jan. 9, 1779, when British Gen. Augustine Prevost launched an assault on the fort, which was surrendered the next day.

The 14thAnnual "Battles at Manassas" reenactment will be held at "Fort Wallace-Wood" on March 16 and 17 hosted by the Tattnall Invincibles Camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans.
