No water in Raintree after water main breaks

Residents of Raintree Apartments will have an interruption in water service after a break in the water main serving the complex, which is off Gen. Screven Way. City officials shut off water to the line to assess damage and have no estimate of when service will be restored, according to an email from city spokeswoman Brittany McClure.

Local curfew lifted

Liberty County is lifting the dusk to dawn curfew effective as of 5 p.m. today. According to the press release and under the request and recommendation from local officials, Governor Nathan Deal is lifting the mandatory evacuation order for the mainland of Bryan, Liberty and McIntosh counties.
