Eagles football wraps first week of practice

NEW ORLEANS - After a trip to the Sun Belt Conference semifinals in 2014, Georgia Southern women's soccer was picked to finish fourth in the preseason coaches' poll, while GSU's Nora El-Shami and Melinda Lukas were picked to the preseason All-Sun Belt Conference team.

Youth bowling registration open

The Fort Stewart Youth Bowling will register bowlers 3-18 (20 if enrolled in college) years of age on September 12, 2015 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Marne Lanes on Fort Stewart.
