A field of dreams

It appears the new engineered soil and sod field for Liberty County High School's Donell Woods Stadium is right on track. The project was to be completed in mid July. With the recent rains the job was set back temporarily but the new sod is down with four weeks to set before the Panthers' home opener on Aug. 28 against McIntosh Academy. Attempts to get comments from school officials Tuesday were unsuccessful.
