Helping other equip saints with the word

As you read these words I am in Haiti. Today is my last full day there, as we will begin our journey home tomorrow. I was supposed to take this trip back in October, but Hurricane Matthew changed those plans.

Courage to face the lions

The things of the Old Testament were written for learning (Romans 15:4). Daniel, a man taken from his home as a young man who lived his life in captivity, shows how one's faith in God can change one's life.

Religion and romance: How finding spiritual compatibility can strengthen a relationship

Don't fade away from God

Hurricane Matthew hit back in October. Recently I spoke to a friend whose home just began to leak. There is no doubt that the cause is damage done by the wind of that storm. Everything is in the names of Jesus Christ

In his letter to the church in Philippi, Paul wrote these words about Jesus. "God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
