Some pastors live within walking distance of their church, while others have to drive a few miles. Still others live in different cities and counties. But most pastors - especially in Liberty County - live in the same state.

I recently went to the Atlanta area for a couple of board meetings and stayed at one of the local motels. In the morning before my first meeting, I turned on the television and started listening to a minister, expecting to hear something from God's word to help me through the day.
Football season is in full swing, whether high school, college or the pros. Stadiums are filling up with excited fans all across this country as they prepare to cheer their teams to victory.
We must never forget that we were created to worship and love God. We are the creation he is the creator. We are to serve him. All the blessings that his word tells us about are there for us if we will follow him.
Our God is a God who always has been on the move.
