Liberty County students and parents attended ArtsFest 2009 Tuesday night at Liberty County High School. The school showcased local student talents in a variety of media. The LCHS Jazz Ensemble kicked off the evening and was followed by other performances including LCHS Flute Choir, chorus, drama presentation, poetry readings and a cosmetology presentation. Family members and visitors also gathered in the media center to browse the visual arts display, which showcased more than 100 pieces of art.
