The Hinesville chapter of the Citizens Of Georgia Power recently presented a $2,500 donation to the TriCounty Protective Agency. Chapter members selected the agency. An annual volunteer effort made the donation possible.

The LCSO's Project Life Saver program provides electronic identification bracelets for Alzheimer's patients, autistic children and anyone needing full-time care who might wander off. Each bracelet cost about $300. Sheriff Steve Sikes thanked the Rotary Club, explaining that the bracelets provide "peace of mind" for family members and caretakers.
