Locals visit Washington

US Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Ga., welcomed three Liberty County residents to Washington on Wednesday. Brad and Brandie Waugh of Midway chaperoned Candace Poole, also of Midway, as part of the 2010 EMC Youth Tour. Poole was selected by Coastal Electric Cooperative to participate in the weeklong event, which brings 1,400 students from around the country together for leadership training and meetings with leaders in the nation's capitol.
