Hearty crowds braved intermittent rain Saturday to enjoy the Small World Festival in downtown Hinesville. Several community leaders, including 3rd Infantry Division Commander Maj. Gen. Thomas had attended the Liberty County Justice Center's grand opening earlier Saturday morning.
