Movie debut kicks off service series

The 200 Club of the Coastal Empire, a nonprofit that provides financial assistance to families of first responders who lose their lives in the line of duty, will kick off its inaugural Legacy of Service Series with an advance screening of the film "Parker" at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Lucas Theater, 32 Abercorn St. in Savannah. "Parker" was produced by Stratton Leopold of Savannah.
