Another $5,000 for memorial walk

County workees raise $13K for United Way

The Liberty County Commission recently announced that in October, county employees raised $13,641 for the United Way. The total exceeds last year's donations by 13 percent and sets a new record of giving by county-government employees. Workers from 18 departments contributed to the campaign.
