Fort Stewart Holds Festival for Month of the Military Child

In honor of Month of the Military Child, and Awareness Month, a festival was held on Ft. Stewart to raise awareness on child abuse prevention and autism. Fort Stewart garrison commander Colonel Townley Hedrick signed a proclamation to marking the month’s themes. Military children also explored military and emergency service vehicles at the Wheels Day exhibit, played backyard games, and had their faces painted.
